The saga begins all over again as Dalton returns to Rancho Palos Verdes, California after a year of hiding following the Match-Stick's death. His father, the Match-Stick, is hunted down by Triad leader. and murdering Seaweed. Dalton suffers PTSD as a Navy Seal Veteran in "War On Terror", and he tries to find a mechanism to cope with his PTSD. Dalton discovers that he has an illegitimate half brother who takes over. Following the Hollywood Mob, DEA agent Prasad recruits Dalton to infiltrate the Lunada Bay surf gang to find out who supplied the drug Galaxy
