The story begins with cataclysm befalling Gotham. It's time to stop. Bruce Wayne (David Giuntoli) has traveled the world for the past 20 years while trying to find Professor Cobblepot and his shipwreck in the Arctic. Wayne makes a terrifying discovery that leads him back to Gotham, carrying the resurrected corpse of one of the ship's crew. Wayne's research and the invasion of lizards and bats in Gotham confirm his fears. Someone is trying to bring back The Cult of Ghul, an evil force bent on destroying the world. Batman must find a way to stop this and save Gotham. And he has to face his dark side too
